Emily Farquhar has been named President of Fugro Gravity & Magnetic Services.
Farquhar earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in geophysics and a Master of Science degree in geophysics/physics from the University of Toronto.
Emily Farquhar, who has more than 30 years of geophysics experience, has been named President of Fugro Gravity & Magnetic Services.
Fugro Gravity & Magnetic Services is a leading provider of potential field products and services for oil and gas exploration.
Farquhar has been with Fugro for more than a decade, including nine years as a manager with Fugro Airborne Surveys in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Most recently, Farquhar was the Houston representative for Fugro Electro Magnetic, a part of Fugro’s cooperative agreement with Electromagnetic Geoservices.
She is a member of the Canadian Exploration Geophysical Society and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG). Farquhar earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in geophysics and a Master of Science degree in geophysics/physics from the University of Toronto.
