Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan services are available only to graduate students, faculty and staff of the Department of Physics. Items may be received on loan or as photocopies.

Document Delivery

Resource sharing in the campus library system plays a vital role in filling the information needs of our users. Self-orders for books and journals from the Mississauga (UTM) and Scarborough (UTS) libraries can be made in the Library Catalogue (in detailed record of the item) by using the REQUEST ITEM feature.  Members of the Physics Department  should select Gerstein as the pickup/delivery location.  When the item is received by Gerstein, an e-mail notice will be sent out.

Interlibrary Loans

For items not available in the UofT library system, they can be acquired from an external institution by using the Central Library online system, RACER, to submit your ILL request (select Gerstein as the pickup/delivery location).   Faculty, staff and graduate students also have the option of using the personalized ILL service provided by the Physics Library.
