Note:
The forms provided in this section are to be used only by members of the physics department or visitors who need some form of network access for the period of their activity in the physics department. For anyone outside the department, these forms are useless.

• Laptop (and other mobile device) network registration [online form]
  register your laptop with the physics network so that you get an assigned dhcp address
• Desktop or server IP registration [online form]
  apply for a static IP in the physics department
• User Account request form [online form]
  apply for a user account on one of the physics dept servers
• Firewall port registration [online form]
  if you want to access ports behind the firewall from outside the department and, you will have to fill out this request form
  you may first check to see if your machine is already registered: registered machines
