van Krandendonk award nomination

2011-2012 van Krandendonk Award for Teaching Assistant

Dear Student,

The Van Kranendonk Award is given every year at the beginning of September to  four graduate students who have done Teaching Assistantship jobs during that current year.

This award is worth $100 in money and a Certificate, but there has to be nominations from the undergraduate students.  Please announce this award to your class to nominate their Teaching Assistant or Demonstrator for the  award  if they feel their T.A. deserves it.

The student can submit their nomination by filling out the form below or by e-mail to: Prof. S. Morris, ugchair@physics.utoronto.ca or the Undergraduate Coordinator, teresa@physics.utoronto.ca  nominating their or any T.A. with a brief reason (or as long as they wish to make it) explaining why they feel the person should be recognized.

Thank you for your cooperation.

S. Morris
Undergraduate Chair
