Black Box Electronics: An introduction to applied electronics for people in Physics. Six talks will be given, starting 16 May 2007. This workshop covers the practical aspects of electronics covering everything from what parameters are important in selecting a resistor (other than resistance!), to what an FPGA can do, to a hands-on session where we all make a schematic and board.
