Research Interests:
I am currently investigating the use of pulsetrain bursts in machining of optical materials. A pulsetrain burst consists of a large number of ultrashort pulses seperated only by a few nanoseconds, a unique method of fluence delivery. This work involves optical breakdown mechanisms, plasma physics, lasers and optics and various other branches of physics.
More information to come.
