In the Spring term, you will work in groups of 2 people researching a topic in current experimental physics. A list of possible topics will be provided. You may choose another topic in consultation with the laboratory staff. During the period when oral presentations are being given, the regular laboratory is closed, and attendance to all presentations is required.
You will present the results of your investigations to your classmates and laboratory staff.
Each team member will have to present a part of the collective work. The presentation time is strictly limited to 15 minutes/group, followed by 5 minutes of discussions/ questions.
The oral presentation mark will have the following components:
- attendance
- questions asked by students during the discussions time (bonus mark)
- Demonstrators' mark
- Faculty mark
