Department of Chemistry, University of Toronto traditionally hosts the Opening Ceremony of the Weekend. Souvenirs, meetings, waiting for refreshments, and finally, the patience is recompensed with tasty dinner and friendly chat.

Tutorial sessions are designed to teach POPTOR students to solve difficult problems both theoretical and experimental.

At this year's Weekend, the experimental training session preceded the Competition.
During laboratory sessions, students got familiar with different equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generator.
