will discuss the profound implications of the Higgs boson properties
(starting with its mass) and whether and how the Higgs may be connected
to deep questions on the nature of the mass of the neutrinos, dark
matter and dark energy. I will also describe the major directions in the
experimental program of the next decade on the frontiers of particle
physics and the associated technology innovation and requirements.
