Notes on Mach-Zehnder Interferometers
We didn't get as far as I had hoped during today's lecture, since I wanted
to make sure that you all had the necessary tools to work with complex
numbers. Although I explained Mach-Zehnder interferometers last week,
you may find it helpful for the problem set to glance at the following
notes about Feynman's rules for interference, and about how to write down
the amplitudes for the interfering paths in an MZ interferometer.
