Measured the 6.835GHz VCO at +1.5dBm and 4KHz below spec.  Drew ~70mA at 5V.

Measured 3GHz VCO, Vtune 0V is 2.937GHz at -0.4dBm, Vtune +5V is 3.014GHz @ -0.8dBm.  Drew 10-20mA at 5V.
