Have archived the working but basic Harmony config file then imported the old Harmony default.mhc file for all features. (D:\Projects\2016_DigiPid\Microchip\DigiPid\firmware\src\system_config\default\default.mhc) 

Had to deselect TCPIP Stack - Use Announce Discovery Tool and also HTTP Server.

About to go for lunch :-)
