13. Yes. When turning at constant
speed, the acceleration is not zero, since the direction of
the velocity is changing.

No. If the velocity is constant, the acceleration must
be zero, since the acceleration is the rate of change of
velocity.
15. Example: A ball rolls up an incline. When it gets
to the top, its velocity is zero momentarily, but its
acceleration is not zero.
