Hyperpure Germanium crystals are the highest resolution gamma-ray detectors in existence, used extensively for both basic research and applied physics. Their use and calibration are studied, and a variety of measurements are possible.
(Two setups for the experiment are currently located in MP245, with a third in MP235; last write-up revision: November 2011.)
