For a little over the past decade, there have been significant developments in the field of celestial holography. The broad goal of this program is to learn about quantum gravity by using a putative CFT dual known as a celestial CFT. In this talk I will give an overview of the basics of celestial holography and highlight some of the most important results. In the latter part of my talk, I will discuss potential connections we are exploring between the celestial world and two types of observables: energy-energy correlators at collider experiments like the LHC and memory effects that could be detectable in next-generation interferometry experiments.
