Wireless access for UofT members
To access the UofT wireless network you need to choose one of wireless access options: UoftT or eduroam. For more details please visit the help page at: https://onesearch.library.utoronto.ca/ic-help-desk-knowledge-base and search for "wireless".
Wireless access for visitors
There are also options to sponsor a guest to obtain a short term (5 day guest id) or a long(er) term access to the campus wireless network. Please visit https://isea.utoronto.ca/services/utorid/how-do-i-sponsor-a-utorid/ for details.
Eduroam
Access can also be provided, If the visitor comes from an Eduroam participating institution. Visit http://eduroam.utoronto.ca/ for more details.
If you use one of the above options you will find that your network address is now outside of Physics, which will result in access restrictions to some resources such as printers. PCS is currently working to determine the IP address space associated with the UofT wireless networks and will open up access to PCS printers from that address space until such time as we have a more permanent (more secure) solution.
