Using measurements of atmospheric composition taken over ten years at the Toronto Atmospheric Observatory, several pollution events are observed. These are defined by enhancements of carbon monoxide and/or tropospheric ozone columns, and confirmed with surface and satellite measurements. Using a chemical transport model, GEOS-Chem, the sources of Toronto pollution will be explored.
