In this talk I will present our experimental work on the fabrication and characterization of coherent electronic devices prepared on two dimensional electron systems on GaAs /AlGaAs heterostructures. The effect of interference on the electronic properties of the fabricated devices will be presented. Some recent results about fabrication of large area dense nano-patterns by electron beam lithography method is also going to be presented.
