Abstract:

I will present a set of exact solutions to Einstein's  equations representing the collision of two cosmological bubbles  immersed in an inflating false vacuum.  An observer inside one such  bubble will see an anisotropic universe.  I will discuss the  strength and nature of the anisotropy in the cosmic microwave  background and large scale structure.
