Here are some instructions about setting your Apple Mail app to work with your utoronto.ca account.

The instructions are for MacOS Tahoe, but older versions should work the same.

On you computer go to "System Settings > Internet Accounts":

Press the button "Add Account" and enter your utoronto.ca email address and press "continue".

From the next box choose "Microsoft Exchange":

Sign in to your utoronto.ca account:

You will be redirected to the SSO app where you will use your UtorID to authenticate:

Upon authentication your account will be set up in Apple Mail. Visit Apple mail and you should see the mailboxes from your utoronto.ca account.
